Dakota brings a hands on background to Cold Start Creative as a U.S. veteran and former HVAC service technician. Working inside home service companies, he developed a clear understanding of what drives real results trust, communication, and execution.
As Co-Founder & Operations Director, he focuses on building efficient systems, improving client experience, and turning attention into measurable growth. With a strong foundation in sales, Dakota approaches every project with a results driven mindset.
Outside of work, he’s drawn to the outdoors off-roading, exploring, and keeping things simple. That same mindset carries into how he operates: stay grounded, move with purpose, and focus on what works.

Haley is the Co-Founder & Creative Director of Cold Start Creative with over seven years of experience in the creative industry. Her expertise spans videography, photography, graphic design, and creative strategy, allowing her to develop content that not only looks great but drives real engagement.
She has created content for well-known brands across industries including restaurants, skincare, and defense technology. Haley is also an influencer in the outdoor and automotive space, growing an organic following of over 11.8K through authentic, high-quality content.
Her focus is simple: create scroll-stopping visuals that help brands stand out and make their own rules.
